At Fox Valley Vein Centers we accept Medicare and PPO plans from BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Humana.

Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes “life happens”, but we do ask for 24 hour notice if you cannot keep your appointment, whenever possible. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting. Procedures require a 72 hour cancellation notice, otherwise a fee will be charged.
